个人简介

尹海宏,男,1979年生,江苏泰兴人,2012年博士,信息学院电子工程系副主任,党支部书记,硕士生导师。2013年破格晋升为副教授,2019年晋升为教授,20178-2018.08赴英国约克大学进行为期一年的学术访问。

先后入选4166am金莎“创新人才”基金,江苏省高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人培养对象,江苏省“六人人才高峰”高层次人才培养对象,南通市“226工程”第二层次培养对象。

专业研究领域

研究方向为半导体材料与器件,主要从事电化学电池、光电转换、传感器等功能材料和相关器件的研究工作。在SCI收录国际期刊上发表论文30多篇,其中第一/通信作者13篇,包含一区5篇,二区5篇,论文总被引次数超过1000次,h-index19;申请中国发明专利30多项,获得授权19项,转让3项;获得南通市科技进步奖三等奖1项,主持国家项目1项、省部级项目2项、市厅级科研项目2项。
